MANAGING DIRECTOR
Andy Brown
Andy has over 40 years’ experience in Financial Services working as an Adviser, Sales Manager and has held Senior Executive roles in leading Insurance companies both in New Zealand and Hong Kong.
Returning to NZ, Andy developed a 100 strong national adviser network for a leading Insurer. At CFAN Andy is responsible for Strategy and Business Development, while also being hands on, working one on one with advisers to develop their businesses and reach their goals.
Having worked at all levels in the industry, Andy has the diverse skill set required to build and manage an Adviser Network.
COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR
Navzad Cooverji
After a successful career in administration management, Navzad joined the insurance industry 12 years ago, working firstly as an adviser and then as a network manager leading a team of 20+ advisers.
Navzad has trained many advisers to qualify and become members of MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table). Navzad understands the challenges advisers face both in the field and in the new regulatory environment.
Navzad in his role as Compliance Director trains advisers and oversees compliance, giving advisers certainty that their advice process and documentation is up to date and meets the new regulatory standards.
DIRECTOR
Sushant Yadav
Sushant joined CFAN in 2020 and was promoted as a Director in 2022. He is a specialized in risk insurance adviser with 20 years of experience under his belt. Proficient in cementing a healthy relationship with all his clients, Sushant provides expert advice for personal risk insurance as per the client’s requirement and current financial situation. He has been an MDRT member since 2018 and achieved the “Top of the Table” membership in 2023.

Annie Tsai
Annie joined CFAN in 2020 and was promoted as a director in 2022. She has been in the Financial Services Industry over 20 years, working as an adviser, banking manager and a lending specialist. As a top performer at one of New Zealand’s largest banks, Annie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, specializing in Residential, Commercial, and Property Development lending.
Annie helps clients belonging to CFAN’s insurance advisers with their mortgages.
